Universal Rhythm Assembly is a groundbreaking festival returning to the Riverfront Festival Park in downtown Peoria on June 24th, 2011. This year's festival will be the fifth annual and will feature live performances by Cornmeal, The Schwag featuring Melvin Seals and more!

Universal Rhythm Assembly is brought to you by Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment, Central Illinois' premier concert, festival and special events producer which brings you annual events such as the Women's Lifestyle Show, Illinois Blues Festival, Grand Nationals Weekend and Summer Camp Music Festival.

Now, in light of the world we live in, we realize there is a need in the community to have a social experience that will help to educate and open our eyes to important issues that surround and affect us all.

Of course, no exciting festival would be complete without great food and spirits, and we are taking it to the next level. In order to reduce our carbon footprint, The Universal Rhythm Assembly will be supporting local food and beverage vendors whenever possible. And if that wasn't enough, we will also have an assortment of specialty merchandise vendors to round out the experience.
